Find Your Size
Every Oriya piece is made to be worn close to the heart and lived in every day. This guide helps you find your perfect fit — for rings, bracelets, bangles and necklaces — so your piece feels just right from the moment it arrives.
Rings
Oriya rings use European sizing, where the size number equals the inner circumference of the band in millimetres. Most of our rings are available in sizes 48–56.
How to measure your ring size
- Paper-strip method: wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around the base of the finger. Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat, and measure the length in millimetres — that number is your European size.
- Existing-ring method: take a ring that already fits that finger, measure the inner diameter in millimetres, and match it in the table below.
| EU size (inner circumference) | Inner diameter | US size (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| 48 | 15.3 mm | ≈ 4½ |
| 50 | 15.9 mm | ≈ 5¼ |
| 52 · most popular | 16.5 mm | ≈ 6 |
| 54 | 17.2 mm | ≈ 6¾ |
| 56 | 17.8 mm | ≈ 7½ |
US conversions are approximate. When in doubt, the paper-strip measurement (EU mm) is the most reliable.
Bracelets
Our bracelet sizes refer to the total length of the bracelet in centimetres — not your bare wrist. For a comfortable, everyday fit, your bracelet should sit a little looser than your wrist.
How to measure your wrist
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape (or a strip of paper/string) around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, where you'd wear the bracelet.
- Note the measurement in centimetres — this is your bare wrist.
- Add about 1.5–2 cm for a comfortable fit, and choose the closest size below.
| Your wrist | Recommended size | Bracelet length |
|---|---|---|
| 13.5 – 15.5 cm | S | ≈ 15.5 – 16 cm |
| 15.5 – 17.5 cm | M · most popular | ≈ 17 – 18 cm |
| 17.5 – 19.5 cm | L | ≈ 19 – 20 cm |
| 19.5 – 21.5 cm | XL | ≈ 21 cm |
Prefer a snug look (like a tennis bracelet) — add only ~1 cm. Prefer a relaxed, moveable fit — add up to 2.5 cm.
Bangles
The Tiferet bangle is a rigid bangle — it slips over your hand to rest on your wrist. It is not adjustable, so it's important to measure two things before choosing your size.
How to measure
- Your wrist circumference — wrap a soft tape measure snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Note it in centimetres.
- The widest part of your hand — hold your fingers together and tuck your thumb in toward your palm (as if slipping on a bangle). Measure across the widest point — the bangle must be able to pass over it.
Choose the size that fits comfortably over your hand; it will then rest beautifully on your wrist.
| Size | Wrist circumference | Inner diameter | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | up to 15 cm | 59 mm | Fine, slender hands |
| S · most popular | 15 – 16.5 cm | 61 mm | Most common size |
| M | 16.5 – 18 cm | 63 mm | Relaxed fit |
Necklaces
Necklace sizes refer to the total chain length in centimetres. Where the piece sits depends on the length and your height/neckline.
| Length | Where it sits |
|---|---|
| 40 – 45 cm | At or just below the collarbone — delicate, close to the neck |
| 50 cm | Just below the collarbone — flattering everyday length |
| 60 cm | Mid-chest — ideal for layering or a bolder statement |
How to measure
- Use a piece of string and hold it at the length you'd like the necklace to fall.
- Measure the string in centimetres, then choose the closest length.
- Or measure a necklace you already love wearing.
