Pack Your Item Place the item in its original packaging. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all components included. |

Ship It Back Send the parcel to the return address provided in your confirmation email. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item. |

Receive Your Resolution Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your chosen resolution within 5–7 business days. You choose what works best for you: ✓ Full refund to your original payment method |
Important Information
— Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order (EU statutory right of withdrawal).
— Items must be unworn and undamaged, returned in their original packaging.
— Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned (excluded under EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16).
— In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs in full.
