SCAN & REQUEST

Tap “Start your return” and sign in with the email you used for your order — we'll send you a one-time code, no password needed. Open your order, tap “Request return” and choose the piece.

GET YOUR LABEL OR ADDRESS

Germany & EU: Within three business days, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.

All other countries: Within three business days, we'll email you our return address. Return shipping is at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service.

DROP IT OFF

Pack the piece unworn, in its original packaging, and send it back — within Germany and the EU simply drop it off with the carrier shown on your label. Once it arrives, we process your refund, exchange or store credit within 5–7 business days.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery.
  • Pieces must be unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging.
  • Engraved or personalised pieces can't be returned.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
